It's time for Christmas - Time for a give-a-way

Yummy!! Without the guilt.

Thanksgivings not even here yet, and I already have visions of plumdrops dancing in my head. This Christmas is going to be so fun filled, I have so many projects in the works. Here in sunny Florida, we are experiencing our most fabulous time of year. The weather is remarkable, and I always understand why so many people flock to this area every year. Plus we are in our growing season, so here comes the planting. I can't wait to bring the kids to pick their own veggies at our nearest u-pick (which is kinda far, but totally worth it).

My 8 year old daughter just told me this morning that this is a time for giving. I couldn't have said it better myself! So in the spirit of giving, I've decided to come up with a really cute give-away!! This will be my first one so I'm super excited. Please leave a comment on how you plan on getting into the holiday spirit, along with a way to contact you. I will be picking a winner this Friday, Novemeber 28 2008. I will announce the winner Friday afternoon.

The item one lucky winner will receive is this handpainted one of a kind yummy Christmas ornament!!! This comes from a new series of ornaments I have painted for the newest shop I will be a part of soon, lollishops!!hooray. This amazing new market place is going to be the next greatest shopping experience, especially for those of us in touch with our ultra girly side. Here I won't have to show restraint, but can let my frou frou self go hog wild!

Good luck and stay posted!

I am already getting the holiday spirit going at my house. My daughted is decorating a small white tree in her bedroom right now as we speak! See, my husbands older son had some wonderful news about his soon to be wife being pregnant. They will be coming to see us this week for Thanksgiving. We started to decorate the house so that they could feel welcome . We have so much to be thankful for this season!

I get into the holiday spirit right after Thanksgiving when my husband gets out all our Christmas CD's. Hearing all those classic holiday songs REALLY brings back lots of happy past holiday memories and gets me into the spirit of Christmas!
Your painted ornament is so very lovely. It would be a joy to win!!
Great giveaway!!

Hi, I just discovered you via lollishops so thought I'd leave a comment over here although I don't expect you to post such a delicate and pretty ornament over to the UK. I'm getting into the Christmas spirit by getting the house organised and clean ready for our tree to go up which we'll do the weekend after next. But every evening I'm making it start to feel a bit Christmassy by lighting lots of candles. Hope you have a happy Thanksgiving. Fiona

On Friday the Christmas lights go up outside and our neighbors all do the same and our whole end of the street is beautiful. we even get mentioned in the local paper and lots of cars drive by to see the displays!

Oh Im already in the Christmas spirit. We have had 2 inches of snow here in Ohio nd Ive been playing Christmas music for a week. However, tomorrow starts the "big Push" we'll be decorating up the house, inside and out. the only thing that wont go up yet is the tree, we have to wait until Thursday-we are having new carpet put in on WEd.
thanks for the opportunity to add your lovely ornament to my ornament collection-where everyone of them 200+ has its own memory attached.
